Please find the type of device below that you wish to set up with Mobility Print and follow the instructions.
Windows:
- Download and run the Mobility Print installer.
- You'll be prompted to select the printers you want to use. Choose '1printmobility' and enter your Franklin College credentials (username and password).
- When it's time to print, just print to the 1Print printer and release your job at ANY Toshiba copier on campus.
macOS:

Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.

Click the
plus icon under the Printers List.
The Add dialog is displayed. It displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network.

Select '1printmobility' printer.

At the bottom of the dialog box, check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.

If Secure AirPrint isn't displayed:
-
Close the Add dialog.

Disconnect and reconnect to the Franklin College network.

Check if you can see Secure AirPrint now. If you do not see the Secure AirPrint option, please open a help desk ticket for assistance.

Click Add.

Print your document. When prompted, enter your Franklin College credentials (username and password).
iOS:
Mobility Print works just like AirPrint—print your content as you normally would!
You'll be prompted to enter your Franklin College credentials (username and password).
TIP
- Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the Franklin College network
- You can find detailed print instructions for your device through Apple Support.
Android:
- Make sure your Android is connected to the Franklin College network
- Install the Mobility Print App from the Google Play Store
- Launch the app
- Tap Android settings
- Tap Mobility Print
- Tap the enable toggle
- Exit out of Settings
- Print your document. When prompted, enter your Franklin College credentials (username and password).
ChromeOS:

Make sure the client is connected to the Franklin College network

Install the Mobility Print App for Chrome

If you want to print from Android applications such as Microsoft Word:

Enable Google Play store as a user or as an Administrator

Install the Mobility Print Android app from the Google Play Store.

Click Open

Click Android settings
-
Click Mobility Print

Click the enable toggle
-

Open the page to print. When you select a printer, make sure you select a Mobility Print printer as identified by the PaperCut icon

Print the content.
For example, to print from Microsoft Word, press Ctrl+P, select a printer; then click Print

When prompted, sign in with your Franklin College credentials (username and password)
