To submit a job, you will need to use the Copy Job Request Form through the Copy Shop.
- Fill out the Copier Job Request form (each line is a drop-down, so you will need to choose paper sizes, weights, colors, etc.)
- Also, please choose whether or not you will be picking up your print job, or whether it needs to be delivered to you including the delivery location
- Add Additional notes, if needed
- You can calculate the price at the bottom before proceeding
- Upload the file for the print job in one of the following formats: pdf, txt, docx, png, jpg.
- Be sure to check all of the options on the form prior to submitting the print job
- Once you have verified all of the job details, you can click on the "Submit" button on the bottom of the form, and the request will be sent to the Copy Shop for Processing
Important information related to Copy Shop requests
Print jobs can vary in times based on quantities, requirements, and number of requests during higher volume times during semesters. Jobs can typically be completed within 2 business days, but the following list has some point of consideration when scheduling Copy Jobs.
- Please allow 24 hours for all Copy/Poster Jobs
- If you have a larger Copy Job (like Manuals/Course Packets), please allow longer lead times
- Spiral binding also takes more time, as this is a manual process
- Poster size is limited to a maximum of 36” wide
- Poster print jobs can take up to 30 minutes to dry
- The laminator requires 15 minutes to warm up
- Laminating jobs are restricted to 40” wide
- Cardstock paper type is required to maintain the quality of laminating jobs
- The Copy Shop is closed on Friday from 3pm until Monday at 7am, so Copy Jobs submitted over the weekend will not be started until Monday morning
