How do I add my E-Mail to my phone?

We recommend the Outlook App as it has more features and syncs better with office 365.

 

Outlook Mail App

  1. Download the Outlook App - Click Here 
  2. Once installed you will need to launch the app
  3. From here you will be asked to type in an email address.
  4. Click "Add Account"
  5. You should then be prompted to enter your password on the page with Old Main in the background.
    • Enter your FC password.
  6. Click "Sign In"
  7. When asked if you would like to add another account choose "Maybe Later" (Unless you would like to add your Gmail or other mail services here)
  8. That's it! You will now be signed in. 

 

If you are prompted to "Enable Notifications" please do. That way you can always be notified of any campus announcements!

 

Android

We will only be covering the official Microsoft Outlook App. This is actually recommended because of its integration with Office 365, and its ease of use.

 

  1. Download the Outlook App - Click Here 
  2. Once the app is installed and you have launched it you will be asked "Get Started" and enter your email address.
  3. You should then be prompted to enter your password on the page with Old Main in the background.
    • Enter your FC password.
  4. You will then be asked if you "Would like to add another account". Press skip, unless you want to add your personal Gmail or other mail services.
  5. You will then be guided through a brief tutorial on how to use the app. You can look at the guide or press "skip".
  6. That's it! You are now signed into your FC email on the Outlook App.
