Accessing Your Meal Plan and Ben Bucks Balances

Step 1: Open the Franklin College IDX Site (eAccounts)

• Go to the eAccounts portal using the following link: https://idx.transactcampus.com/accounts/franklincollege-edu/franklin-id-card. This is the official site for managing your student card account, including Ben Bucks balances.

Step 2: Log in to Your Account

• Use your Franklin College credentials to log in. If you experience any difficulties, contact the IT Helpdesk.
• Once logged in, you will be taken to the dashboard. Here, you can view a summary of your accounts linked to your student card, such as Meal Plan, Ben Bucks, and Dining Dollars.

From the Dashboard you can:

• View Your Meal Plan Balances
  • On your dashboard, you will see your current balances, recent transactions, and any pending activity.
• Check Ben Bucks and Dining Dollars Balances (if applicable)
• Review Transaction History
  • For detailed tracking, click on your Meal Plan or Ben Bucks account to view a history of recent transactions, deposits, and meal usage.
• Make Web Ben Bucks Deposits (Optional)
  • If you wish to add funds to your Ben Bucks account, use the "Web Deposit" feature available through the portal. Follow the prompts to complete your payment securely.

Additional Tips

• Always log out after accessing your account, especially on shared or public computers.
• For questions about your meal plan or account balances, contact your campus card services office.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others.
