Your supervisor will submit an equipment request to the IT Department with the necessary equipment and access requirements for your role as well as any specific software that you may be needing. In most cases, this will be ready to be picked up on your first day on campus.

Onboarding Information
When picking up your new equipment, the IT team will take you through onboard training for IT specific functions and services. That includes but is not limited to how to log into your computer, use your Franklin College Outlook email, setting up your phone, and any other software on your computer.
Knowledge Base
If you need a refresher on any of the onboarding or have any technology questions, the Knowledge Base contains many of the common questions for you to reference as needed. Here you can find answers to questions about Canvas, office phones, general troubleshooting and much more.
