NOTE: The Outlook App for your device will provide the best experience as it has more features and syncs better with Office 365.

iPhone

Download the Outlook App for iPhone

1. Once installed, launch the app

2. From here you will be asked to type in an email address.

   • Please put in your Franklin College (FC) email address (john.smith@franklincollege.edu)

3. Click "Add Account"

4. You should then be prompted to enter your password on the page with Old Main in the background.

   • Enter your FC password.

5. Click "Sign In"

6. When asked if you would like to add another account choose "Maybe Later" (Unless you would like to add your Gmail or other mail services here)

7. That's it! You will now be signed in. 

If you are prompted to "Enable Notifications" please do so, that way you can always be notified of any communications from your professors and campus announcements.

Android

We will only be covering the official Microsoft Outlook App. This is actually recommended because of its integration with Office 365, and its ease of use.

1. Download the Outlook App for Android
2. Once installed, launch the app and you will be asked to "Get Started"
3. Enter your email address.
   • Enter your Franklin College email address (john.smith@franklincollege.edu)
4. You should then be prompted to enter your password on the page with Old Main in the background.
   • Enter your FC password.
5. You will then be asked if you "Would like to add another account". Press skip, unless you want to add your personal Gmail or other mail services.
6. You will then be guided through a brief tutorial on how to use the app. You can look at the guide or press "skip".
7. That's it! You are now signed into your FC email on the Outlook App.
