How do I check an existing IT service ticket?
- Go to https://service.franklincollege.edu in your web browser.
- Click "Log In"
- Enter the same username and password that you use to sign in to MyFC and your computer, click "View status"
- Click on "My Tickets" in the top menu.
- You will now see a list of all the tickets that you have requested.
